About SAIS GWL

Our Mission: TO Empower WOMEN

SAIS Global Women in Leadership (GWL) is a student-run career club at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Founded in 2012, GWL has become an integral part of student life at SAIS and has helped inspire the creation of the SAIS Women’s Leadership Initiative comprising GWL, the SAIS Women’s Alumni Network (SWAN), and an academic practicum for current SAIS students.

Please check out SAIS Women Lead to learn more about a full-year academic commitment program, interdisciplinary courses, and study trips which promote women’s empowerment.
