Srijoni serves at the Vice President of Events for Global Women in Leadership for the 2017-2018 academic year. She is a first-year MA student from Singapore, concentrating in International Relations with a minor in South Asian Studies. Her interests include South Asian security against nuclear proliferation and U.S. foreign policy regarding counterterrorism. She interns at the College of International Security Affairs, where she assists in research related to Chinese and Indian maritime security. Previously, she’s worked for the Hudson Institute’s Center for Political-Military Analysis, analyzing U.S. foreign policies in Eurasia and the Middle East. At SAIS, she’s also involved with the editorial board of the SAIS Review and the SAIS Observer, combining her interest in international affairs and media publications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA and wants to pursue a career in political risk analysis.
